We group collection of user information into two categories: personal, which is information identifiable to a specific member, and aggregate, which is general demographic information that not identify any individual member. Person information may include your name, email address, mailing address, billing address, credit card information and phone number. Frenetic may use or disclose aggregate information for any purpose.
We collect personal information to make our services related to this Site (“Services”) more rewarding for you to use, including billing, shipping and tracking your orders. Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive or mobile device. It can only be read by the server that sent it to you. This information does not identify you personally and you remain anonymous unless you have otherwise provided Frenetic with personal information.

A Web beacon is an often-transparent graphic image that is placed on a Web site and to monitor the behavior of the user visiting the Web site. It is often used in combination with cookies. When the HTML code for the Web beacon points to a site to retrieve the image, at the same time it can pass along information such as the IP address of the computer that retrieved the image, the time the Web beacon was viewed and for how long, the type of browser that retrieved the image and previously set cookie values.
